"Won't I make less money if I pay someone to do my prep?"

Yes. You will make less money per unit. That’s part of the growing pains of scaling your business. But the good news? Offloading the prep work will free up your time, energy, and physical space — giving you the freedom to grow faster, smarter, and more sustainably. Less money per unit now, but then you have the ability to double or quadruple your sales without doing any of the grunt work. Think of it as moving from the shop floor to the executive office! You are no longer held back by your workshop throughput! How cool is that?

"Can you handle small volume?"

Absolutely. We love working with solo sellers and side hustlers. We’ll grow with you — not judge where you're starting. One of our favorite mottos is "lets figure it out together." Its not us vs you. Not ever. Its us AND you vs the competitive online retail marketplace! Let's team up and figure out how to make things work better for both of us!

"What exactly do you do?"

We do a lot of things for a lot of different customers. For example, an Amazon seller may have us receive their products, inspect them, label, bundle, bag, and prepare them according to Amazon FBA requirements and then ship them out to the fulfillment center. For ebay customers, we can have pick-and-pack situations where we hold some shelves of your inventory and then bag, label, and ship when they've sold. Set us up as a sub-acount on your seller sites. Think of us as a division of your company, like a behind-the-scenes warehouse team.

"Why do I need a prep center?"

When you're handling prep yourself, you're limited by your time, space, and energy. A prep center removes those constraints, giving you more freedom to grow your business, scale operations, and focus on sourcing and sales — not stickering boxes in your kitchen or rushing off to the post office. It may seem scary at first...but the upside is so rewarding. Don't worry about packing your spare bedroom full of boxes or figuring out exactly what the dimensions are for a pallet load. We got you.

"Give me an example. Please."

Since you asked nicely. Example: You make a popular ethically sourced organic toothpaste and are having it produced at a factory in Mexico. They ship it to you and you box it, label it, and sell it on Amazon. But your demand is getting high and you can't keep up. We take over. Mexico plant ships to us, we inspect, label, and package for distribution to Amazon. Your house is clean and your family can reach their bikes in the garage. Now they go on bike rides together instead of staying up until 1:00AM labeling toothpaste. You can now sell triple what you were selling, your family is healthier because of the exercise and you can put a down payment on a boat with the money you're making with all the new sales!

"What if I don't really know what I'm doing?"

Awesome. We don't know what we're doing either! Okay..I mean we do know some things, but the beauty of the online retail space is the constant state of change and innovation. "How much does it cost?"

Our pricing is transparent and designed to support businesses of all sizes. We offer per-unit pricing with no hidden fees. Contact us with a rough idea of your volume and we'll give you a simple quote that fits your needs.

"No, really. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?"

Trust me. I would LOVE to just put up a generic price list but the fact is that every seller's situation is unique. You can email or call and talk to a real person who is honestly going to be happy to hear from you and they will work to find the right pricing structure.

"C'mon. Give me something. Ballpark?"

Fine. But it really does depend on the complexity of the item and the volume you’re sending. MOST standard FBA prep jobs fall between $1.00 and $2.50 per unit. That covers receiving, inspection, labeling, bagging or bundling, and getting it ready to ship to Amazon. For simple items and larger volume, we’re closer to the $1 range. If it needs special handling — fragile, multipacks, etc. — we’ll have to talk it through and quote it fairly.
